LunchMeeting.com collects only the information needed to operate the site, provide AI tools, save account preferences, send requested emails, and measure aggregate usage.
Accounts
If you create an account, we store your email address, a session record, and any preferences you choose to save. Sign-in uses a short-lived email code.
AI tools
Tool inputs are sent to our server-side AI provider. We log metadata such as tool name, status, token counts, latency, and a hashed IP address, but we do not intentionally store raw prompts or detailed user content in admin logs.
If you request a checklist, template, or account sign-in code, your email may be processed through Brevo.
Affiliate clicks
Outbound referral clicks may be logged by slug, timestamp, referrer, hashed IP, and hashed user agent for basic reporting.
